100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hand picked from Bei Ranch, an exquisite, rocky soiled, ridge-top vineyard (1,600 ft. elevation) on the Cazadero side of the North West Sonoma Coast mountain range. The Bei Ranch single vineyard is located half-way between Cazadero and Russian Gulch, where the Redwoods meet the vines and the Sonoma Coast Rainforest supplies pure spring water for irrigation. Hot summer days, fog cooled nights.
“A nose of filled with vanilla, black cherry, currents and cinnamon. The palate is vanilla strawberry, red cherry, plum and Chinese five spice. An excellent wine for gamey meats such as duck breast, rack of lamb, prime rib. Minimal decanting necessary. Cellar now through 2029.”
