100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hand picked from Bei Ranch, an exquisite, rocky soiled, ridge-top vineyard (1,600 ft. elevation) on the Cazadero side of the North West Sonoma Coast mountain range. The Bei Ranch single vineyard is located half-way between Cazadero and Russian Gulch, where the Redwoods meet the vines and the Sonoma Coast Rainforest supplies pure spring water for irrigation. Hot summer days, fog cooled nights.
“Nose of blackberry bramble with both red and black cherry, blueberries and an earthy forest floor and vanilla. The palate of dry dusty tannins envelope dry red cherry, strawberry and gooseberry quince flavors leading to a vegetative herbal finish. Pair this cabernet with venison or rack of lamb. No decanting necessary. Cellar now through 2027.”
