Fort Ross-Seaview American Viticultural Area (AVA) is defined by its elevation and proximity to the Pacific Ocean and is located in Northwestern Sonoma County. The Parmeter Vineyard sits at 1800 feet above sea level on King Ridge Road. The elevation, mountainous rugged terrain and proximity to the Pacific Ocean offer the perfect mix of sunshine, cool air and beneficial stress for Chardonnay to thrive.

“Nose of lime, lemon and lemon verbena. The palate leads with lime zest, meyer lemon curd, quince apple, finishing with hints of green apple and lemon verbena. There is a subtle butter quality, and the oak does not overwhelm this chardonnay making it a nice sipping wine. This wine will pair well with seafood such as  halibut, line cod, scallops, or poultry dishes such as roast chicken or turkey. Enjoy now through 2026.”
